After making an impressive debut in July 2018 with Dhadak, Janhvi Kapoor is all set to play the role of IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena in her biopic. The actress has been shooting for the film in Lucknow along with actor Angad Bedi who will be seen as her brother in the biopic. Now, young actor Riva Arora who was seen as legendary late actress Sridevi's daughter in Mom has also joined the film and is all set to play Janhvi Kapoor's younger version.
Mom was Sridevi's last film and now her reel life daughter Riva is going to work with her Sridevi's real-life daughter Janhvi. Rive confirmed this news as she shared an adorable photo with Janhvi. In her post, Riva said how she met Janhvi on the sets of Mom as well and that the actor is still as sweet and lovely as she was before making her big Bollywood debut last year.

Janhvi began shooting for the Gunjan Saxena biopic earlier this week. Saxena is India’s first woman combat pilot who actively took part in the Kargil War in 1999. Janhvi was spotted shooting with Pankaj Kapur in Lucknow. He plays her father in the film. Janhvi will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Takht with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor.
