A day after its release, Kartik Aaryan’s new film Luka Chuppi has leaked on piracy website TamilRockers and is now available for download, a leading website reports. Despite being banned continuously, TamilRockers ends up operating through new domains while users often access it through proxy servers.
Law enforcement agencies as well as the Madras High Court have often intervened in the operations of TamilRockers but the website continues to function yet and upload high-resolution copies of films on its site.

Last month, Ranveer Singh’s Gully Boy also leaked on TamilRockers hours after its release. Previously, films including Uri: The Surgical Strike, Viswasam, Petta, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and The Accidental Prime Minister, also leaked on TamilRockers. In fact, not just Indian films but the website also reports that Hollywood movies such as Aquaman and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, were also found on the website. In order to stop piracy, the Producers’ Guild in South has also been fighting a battle against TamilRockers.
Luka Chuppi co-stars Kriti Sanon and Pankaj Tripathi and is based on live-in relationships. The film opened to positive reviews and also witnessed fantastic collections at the box office on the first day of it release – Luka Chuppi collected Rs 8.01 crore on its opening day on March 1.
