Alia Bhatt shared her experience of working with Madhuri Dixit-Nene in Kalank and said that it was nothing but a dream come true episode for her. During her exclusive interview with a leading magazine, Alia said that she had to ‘pinch herself’ a couple of times to make herself believe that she was shooting with Madhuri.
Filming dance sequences with Madhuri was a different experience altogether, Alia said, adding that at times she would stand still and watch the 51-year-old actress during shoot because she is just so beautiful.

“I definitely had to pinch myself a couple of times while filming with Madhuri ma'am, especially during the few scenes in which we had to dance. Sometimes I would zone out a little bit and just stare her because she's so lovely," Alia told the magazine.
Directed by Abhishek Varman, Kalank co-stars Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt. Of their characters in the film, Alia said, "We all play very different characters in the film, and share a dynamic relationship.”
