Has Salman Khan approached Nushrat Bharucha to play the lead role in his next production?

Salman Khan has begun work on his next production and is currently in talks with Nushrat Bharucha to play the lead role in the film, a leading daily reports. The film is reported to be a wedding drama while sources told the daily that Raaj Shaandilyaa has been approached to write the dialogues of the film. To be shot in the outskirts of Delhi, the project is expected to begin filming soon.

“It’s a love story set in a small town that revolves around a wedding. The film will go on the floors in the next few months and will be shot in the outskirts of Delhi,” a source was quoted as saying by the daily. Nushrat, meanwhile, is shooting for Raaj’s film Dream Girl with Ayushmann Khurrana. Raaj has also written the dialogue and screenplay for Sohail Khan’s 2016 film Freaky Ali.

Nushrat Bharucha is the star of films Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Salman Khan, meanwhile, is also launching Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal in his upcoming production Notebook.

The actor is busy with his line-up as well – Bharat is releasing on Eid while Salman will begin work on Dabangg 3, scheduled to begin filming in April. After wrapping Dabangg 3, Salman will begin shoot for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s project in September.

Salman Khan was last seen in a special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan’s 2018 release Zero.
