After facing two back-to-back flops Parineeti Chopra is back in her game with lucrative projects in her kitty including the Saina Nehwal biopic where she has replaced Shraddha Kapoor. Parineeti is looking forward to the release of Kesari in which she stars opposite Akshay Kumar. The film is slated to release on the occasion of Holi on March 21. She has been usually paired with her contemporaries like Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur or Ayushmann Khurrana but in Kesari and in Golmaal Again she got the chance to work with senior actors like Akshay and Ajay Devgn respectively.
During an interview given to a leading daily, Parineeti spoke about her experience of working with Akshay in Kesari and Ajay in Golmaal Again. She was asked whether she found some similarities between the two superstars, to this Parineeti said, “Yes. There seems to be this weird common blood that runs through them. I think it comes with the frame of mind and discipline they started off with. I began my career in an extremely ruthless, competitive time. For them too, there was competition but it was healthy. And they carry that discipline forward till today.”

She further added, “They like to have fun and keep the set lively and at the same time, do really good work. These heroes do some really crazy action and comedy. So, I have learnt so much from Golmaal Again and now Kesari. I feel like I’m changing as a person on the sets because of them. I’m definitely going to adapt and use these traits.”
On the work front, apart from Kesari, Parineeti will also be seen in Jabariya Jodi opposite Sidharth Malhotra. She will also start shooting for Saina Nehwal biopic soon. Parineeti will also reunite with Arjun in Pinky aur Sandeep Faraar.
