Varun Dhawan has decided to postpone shoot for his film with director Shashank Khaitan early next year because he is currently in the midst of an arduous schedule, a leading daily reports. The 31-year-old actor, at the moment, is busy discharging promotional duties for his upcoming film Kalank and is also filming Remo D'souza's Street Dancer 3D.
After completing shoot for Street Dancer, Varun will begin filming the adaptation of his father, filmmaker David Dhawan’s Coolie No.1. Sources told the daily that while Varun was supposed to shoot Coolie No. 1 and Shashank’s film simultaneously, he decided against it and requested Shashank to delay the film slightly.

"Varun was supposed to shoot Shashank's film simultaneously with his dad David Dhawan's directorial venture (Coolie No.1). But the actor spoke to his filmmaker friend and they felt it would become a problem shuttling between projects. Hence, he has moved the actioner to early next year,” a source was quoted as saying by the daily.
