I do hope to go there someday and soon: Alia Bhatt on venturing into Hollywood

Ever since she made her debut in 2010 with Student of the Year, there has been no looking back for Alia Bhatt. The actress recently impressed everyone with her act as Safeena in Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy and is awaiting the release of her upcoming film Kalank. Apart from that, the 26-year old is also working on Brahmastra opposite beau Ranbir Kapoor and will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah alongside Salman Khan. Not to forget, she will soon make her debut in Telugu cinema with SS Rajamouli's RRR and guess what, Alia would like to venture into Hollywood as well, if she gets a good opportunity.

Talking about it, she told a news agency, "I do hope to go there (Hollywood) someday and soon. That is like entering a whole new industry and that is not easy at all. I will have to do it with some more time on my hand." Well, it seems after Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, we might soon see Alia in a Hollywood flick.

Meanwhile, she also spoke how she picks roles which challenge her as an artiste and said, "All the characters that I have lined up are difficult and challenging. I am aiming at nailing them. That is my vision... My choices are instinctive. It comes from my gut. When I listen to a narration, if I like it, I do it."

Her next Kalank, co-starring Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit-Nene, releases on April 17.
