Tiger Shroff is looking forward to the release of his upcoming film Student of the Year 2 in which he shares screen space with two debutantes Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria. The film is a sequel to Karan Johar’s 2012 directorial Student of the Year that launched Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. Tiger, Ananya and Tara are on a promotional spree for the film and are leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that their film grabs the maximum eyeballs. In a recent interview, Tiger spoke about how he never got a chance to attend college as he debuted in Heropanti right after finishing school.
In the interview, Tiger said, “For me, Student of the Year 2 is not like Baaghi in which I had to concentrate a lot on the action and physical fitness. It was challenging as I had to think about how to depict myself as a college student, something that I have not done in real life. Adjusting as a college student was challenging for me. Since I have never been to college, Student of the Year 2 gave me a chance to live that life. I started working right after finishing school. Heropanti was my college.”
When Tiger was asked why he never went to college, he said, “Two years went by in preparing for the film Heropanti and one year went by in shooting for the film. Hence, I could not attend college.” Tiger also revealed that he is extremely reclusive by nature and does not like to party. In his free time, he either trains or chills at home.
Student of the Year 2 is directed by Punit Malhotra and is slated to release on May 10.
