Ananya Panday is set to make her Bollywood debut in Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria starrer Student of the Year 2. The film is a sequel to the 2012 romantic comedy drama Student Of The Year, which was directed by Karan Johar and was the launchpad for Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra in Bollywood.
Now as the cast is busy promoting the film in full swing, Ananya was asked how are promotions like for her first film, to which she said that she's loving every bit of it. "I am toh too enthu. I am an enthu cutlet. I am a keen kumari of this group and Tiger is just like, “Ahh what are you doing?”(laughs) because I’m so excited all the time because it’s my first time doing everything so yeah. I have a lot of energy and I’m loving every bit of it. So much fun," she added.
Student of the Year 2 is directed by Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions, the film will be distributed by Fox Star Studios. It is set to hit the theatres on May 10, 2019.
