Arjun Kapoor launched the trailer of India's Most Wanted this afternoon and gave a stern reply on why Bollywood stars choose to maintain silence over controversial matters.
The actor said, "I think firstly we must not generalize. Sometimes you need to know that we are coming here to speak about a certain matter. If you ask me at a public platform then I might not be aware of it. While you are on social media, I am working on something at that moment. Sometimes, I may not know, it has happened in the past. Sometimes you don't want to share your opinion at that moment, you want to process things. Like for example, the last film I was promoting, there was a Me Too situation that was happening and we were confronted by it and we gave answers when we were prepared. You have to allow us, we are human beings and we have to process things. I am as concerned as you are but I will talk about it when I am ready. It is not like I will talk about it when you ask, I will talk when I am ready. And because we talk on a public platform, we have to think and talk."
