It appears that Ranveer Singh wants filmmaker Zoya Akhtar to direct a spin-off to her 2011 film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and hopes Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif star in it. Ranveer, recently, won an award at a function that was hosted by Vicky while Katrina, it appears was on stage while the Gully Boy star was accepting his trophy.
"Vicky, if Zoya Akhtar makes Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara with you and Katrina, then what would it be the title of the film,” Ranveer asked Vicky on stage. While Katrina and Vicky took a second to understand the proceedings, Ranveer added, “Vicky Katrina In Barcelona”.
Okay, Ranveer. That was funny!

Well, we don’t know about the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara spin-off but reports suggest that Katrina and Vicky will indeed co-star in Ronnie Scewvala’s next project. Sources told an entertainment portal last week that the film, in all probability, will be inspired by real life events and is “something along the lines” of Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan’s Kedarnath.
Well, no confirmation on this so far. Since the beginning of 2019, gossip mills romantically associated Vicky and Katrina but reports, last month, also insisted that the stars have been offered a “couple” of films owing to their link-up rumours.

Katrina Kaif is currently gearing up for the release of Bharat, co-starring Salman Khan, on Eid. Vicky Kaushal was last seen in Uri: The Surgical Strike.
