Although the film has witnessed a decent first weekend but as compared to Tiger's earlier releases like Baaghi (2016) and others, SOTY 2 needs to maintain the pace on weekdays. In the coming Friday, the film faces competition from Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer De De Pyaar De apart from John Wick: Chapter 3.
