Rishi Kapoor has been staying in New York City with his wife Neetu Kapoor since September last year to receive medical treatment. In fact, it was only recently that it was confirmed that he is now 'cancer-free'. As the veteran actor currently undergoes more medical procedures before he is back in India, he had a visitor from Bollywood and it was none other than Vicky Kaushal who is in New York to ring in his 31st birthday.
Recently, a picture of Vicky with Rishi and Neetu Kapoor surfaced the internet and it is a treat to see them in one frame. Vicky shares a pleasant bond with Rishi's son Ranbir Kapoor with whom he shared the screen in Sanju back in June 2018.
Meanwhile, talking about his health, Rishi had recently thanked his family and fans for their support throughout the treatment and said, "My eighth month of treatment started on May 1 in the US. But God has been kind! I am in remission, meaning now I am cancer-free. I will have to do a bone marrow transplant which in all probability should take another two months minimum."
