Rumours are floating around that Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan will soon appear on American television host and comedian, David Letterman’s show My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman on Netflix. The star has now confirmed the appearance as he is already flying to New York to reach in time for the shoot of the episode with David. 

Shah Rukh took to his official social media handle and tweeted giving a small detail about his appearance. He wrote, "Flying into another city that never sleeps... A great idea for someone like me. New York calling." Fans have since been in a frenzy as they look forward to the star being the first Indian and Bollywood actor to appear on the show.

Social media was abuzz with rumours since the past week that the two stars of their respective industries will be coming together for the first time on Netflix, which will be a cause for celebration. For those who don't know, David had hosted late night television talk shows for 333 years in his career. After retiring from the show, the host started his own Netflix show where audiences saw him interviewing leading names such as Barack Obama, George Clooney, Malala Yousafzai and Jerry Seinfeld, which will see the global icon, Shah Rukh as a guest on the esteemed list. 

With the fans going gaga and the social media giving us all the hints, if this turns out true then this feature of Shah Rukh with David will definitely be a promising entertainer and just like the fans, we are excited! The star was also spotted at the airport where he posed happily with fans.
