Saif Ali Khan's first look as Naga Sadhu for his upcoming film Laal Kaptaan has been unveiled and it is quite impressive. The poster of the film featuring Saif stirs intrigue and audiences won't have to wait much longer as it is all set to release on September 6, 2019.

Directed by Navdeep Singh, the film is set in a tumultuous era of Indian history. The story of the film revolves around the life of a Naga Sadhu, who is out on a dramatic journey is ridden with drama, revenge and deceit. Taran Adarsh shared the first poster and tweeted, "

Talking about Saif, producer Sunil Lulla said, "Saif is a gifted actor and this script allows him to showcase his talent like never before. 'Laal Kaptaan' boasts of a larger-than-life landscape, dramatic characters and a gripping story that makes it a first of its kind”.

While Aanand L Rai, who is also producing the project said, “We have complete conviction and faith in the story above all else. 'Laal Kaptaan' is that kind of film that is definitely going to generate a genre and narrative style of its own.”
