Salman Khan reveals he doesn't believe in marriage, calls it a 'dying institution'

At the age of 53, Salman Khan is still one of the most eligible bachelors in Bollywood. And it would not be wrong to say that the rumours surrounding his wedding plans refuse to die down at all. In fact, his fans can't help but wait for the news of his marriage at a time when several Bollywood stars including Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have tied the knot, lately. However, Salman recently revealed that unlike his contemporaries, he doesn't believe in marriage and is of the view that it is a dying institution.

In a recent interaction with a daily, Salman was asked about his marriage plans. To which, the actor replied by saying, “I don't believe in marriage. I think it's a dying institution. I don't believe in it. Companionship? Yes.” Furthermore, when asked about fatherhood, Salman quipped that when it has to happen, it will happen.

Well, for anyone who's been looking forward to Salman's marriage one day, the actor has an answer for them all. 

On the film front, Salman is currently gearing up for the release of his next film Bharat. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film features Katrina Tabu, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff and Disha Patani in vital roles. Apart from that, Salman has Dabangg 3, Inshallah and Kick 2 in the pipeline.
