The makers of Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif had announced the release date of their cop drama as Eid 2020. Soon after, the team of Alia Bhatt's and Salman Khan's Inshallah had also announced the release date of their film as Eid 2020. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Inshallah was all set to clash with Rohit Shetty's Sooryavnashi until today morning when Salman himself announced that Rohit has preponed the release of his film to March 27, 2020.
With change of hearts, Rohit Shetty preponed the release of Sooryavanshi to March 2020 and made sure it did not clash with Salman Khan's Inshallah.
Karan Johar, who is producing Sooryavanshi, shared a picture of Rohit and Salman, announcing that Sooryavanshi will now hit the theatres on March 27, 2020, and will not clash with Salman Khan's Inshallah which will release on Eid 2020.
Salman shared a heartfelt note for Rohit as he confirmed the news on Twitter. "I always thought of him as my younger brother and today he proves it... #RohitShetty Sooryavanshi releasing on 27th March, 2020.", wrote Salman.

With Inshallah, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman will be pairing up after a really long gap. The actor-director team worked together in 2007 released Saawariya where Salman played a cameo in the film that was led by Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor.
