After Hrithik Roshan acknowledges teachers as ‘nation builders’, the educationists and universities express gratitude towards the actor

Yesterday, Hrithik Roshan took to his social media to post a grateful message for the professors of various universities to acknowledge the efforts they put in as ‘nation builders’ who shape the future of our society and country in the truest sense. Grateful for the recognition from the star himself, the teachers have expressed their gratitude and expressed their love towards the actor. 

Right after the actor tweeted, the post saw a number of tweets from the netizens who hailed the actor for his thoughts and initiate to pay respect to the teachers who he believes are from where “the thought is passed on, seeded, taught to others. That’s how people learn, that’s how nations grow.  If you want to be a nation builder, become a teacher.”, urging all to take up teaching as a profession, as well.

While Jawaharlal Nehru University retweeted Hrithik’s tweets on their official handle, Dr. Awanish Kumar of Mumbai shared, “Thrilled to receive a tweet mention from Hrithik Roshan himself. Being a great fan of Anand Kumar, I await the release of Super 30”. Another Professor, Happymon Jacob of JNU shared the tweet with a grateful message, “This is very thoughtful and so heart-warming! :)  @iHrithik”. 

Professor Kaushik Basu of Delhi University who now, is also a professor of Cornell University revisited one of his plays and shared, “From my play, Crossings at Banaras Junction.
Siddharth: Today is de Beauvoir’s birthday. This is an auspicious day for Kavita to reclaim her life.
Gupta: Professor, I recommend she wait one more day since tomorrow’s even more auspicious. It’s Hrithik Roshan’s birthday! @iHrithik” while sharing the tweet by Hrithik.  

The post has received a heartwarming response from the teachers and premier universities from across the country as well his fans who are all praise for the respect and love Hrithik has shown towards the ‘nation-builders’ of the country. The actor too will be seen essaying the character of a teacher - mathematician, Anand Kumar who trains students for IIT-JEE in Bihar for his next film Super 30. The film also features Mrunal Thakur and is set for release on July 12.
