The announcement of Shah Rukh Khan collaborating with his son Aryan Khan to lend their voiceover for the first time for The Lion King Hindi was enough for us to be excited. A while ago, the first teaser with Shah Rukh as Mufasa was released and now, its time to welcome Aryan on board. Aryan has lent his vocals to the character of Simba. Proud father Shah Rukh shared the teaser on his Instagram account and introduced his son to the world. Although, Aryan isn't to be seen in the teaser but his voice has definitely left us stunned. We noticed that Aryan sounds exactly like papa Shah Rukh and the intensity in the latter's voice has definitely been passed on to the next generation. Indeed, the Khan boys are charming in all aspects.
Shah Rukh captioned the teaser by writing, "Mera Simba." Watch the teaser here:
Last month, 'Mufasa' Khan introduced his 'Simba' Aryan in a unique way. When the entire country was rooting for team India for the ICC World Cup tournament, Shah Rukh shared a picture of Aryan and him wearing Team India jerseys. Shah Rukh's jersey had Mufasa written on it, while Aryan's jersey read Simba.
Apart from Shah Rukh and Aryan, in the Hindi version, Ashish Vidyarthi plays Scar, Shreyas Talpade plays Timon, Sanjay Mishra is Pumbaa and Asrani is Zazu. The Lion King remake releases on July 19, 2019, in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
