It won't be wrong to say Bollywood is incomplete without the three integral Khans- Salman, Shah Rukh and Aamir. The trio has established nothing less than an empire in the film industry with sheer hard work. With a new bunch of actors and a variety of interesting stories cropping up every now and then, the Khans, unfortunately, are facing a dry spell at the box office considering films like Race 3, Zero and Thugs Of Hindostan failing badly. Speaking on the issue in concern, Salman, during an interview with an entertainment magazine, opened up about worries of fading stardom and how the Khans will try their best to keep the charm alive for the next couple of years. The actor, who gave a blockbuster in the form of Bharat this year, told stardom will eventually fade but keeping it going will be a huge task. He also said that actors from his generation have managed to pull it off for the longest time possible and will continue the same.
“Stardom will fade eventually. It’s a huge task to keep it going for such a long time. I guess Shah Rukh, Aamir, Akki, Ajay…we’re the only ones who have been able to pull it off for such a long time. We’ll try our best to keep it going for another few years. Just like in the case of all superstars, the box-office collection will come down to eight to ten percent. But it hasn’t started yet,” Salman told during the interview.
