A few days ago Hema Malini was royally trolled on the internet because of a video where she was seen sweeping the roads outside the Parliament under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan campaign. Amongst the netizens who had a good laugh at Hema’s expense was also her husband veteran actor Dharmendra who answered a tweet with a hilarious response. The actor known for his simple ways did not comprehend that he will be later trolled for his tweet too. However, now the actor has apologized for the same in an adorable way.

He shared a throwback picture of himself from one of his films and asked for forgiveness for his tweet. His tweet was equally hilarious. Check it out below:

Dharmendra was trolled because many people thought that just by being a woman need not necessarily qualify them for household chores. However, many on the internet applauded the actor for his humbleness and humility as well.
