Akshay Kumar is all set to headline the fourth instalment of comedy caper Housefull, co-starring Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, Kriti Kharbanda, Rana Dagubatti and Pooja Hegde. In October last year, filmmaker Sajid Khan stepped down as its director after he was accused of several sexual harassment incidents. He was replaced by Farhad Samji. Rana, on the other hand, replaced veteran actor Nana Patekar after the latter was accused of sexual misconduct by actress and former beauty queen Tanushree Dutta on the sets of 2008 film Horn OK Pleassss. While the cast and the crew have wrapped up the project, they have been coming together for the song shoots for Housefull 4. And now we hear that Akshay, who has lent his voice to tracks in Singh Is Kinng (2008), Special 26 (2013) and It's Entertainment (2014), is all set to turn rapper for Housefull 4.
A leading daily quoted a source as saying, "Farhad Samji, who was one of the directors of It's Entertainment, had convinced Akshay to croon the title track for the comedy. This time too, it was his idea that Akki explores his rapping skills. While producer Sajid Nadiadwala jumped at the idea, the producer-director duo then convinced their leading man to give his nod. The Tanishk Bagchi composition is yet to be recorded. The makers are yet to decide if it should be a solo track or one that sees him croon alongside Mika Singh."

Well, we certainly cannot wait for Akshay to showcase another talent of his. Apparently, the promotional title track of the reincarnation-comedy will be shot solely on Akshay.
Workwise, Akshay will also feature in films like Mission Mangal, Sooryavanshi, Good News and Laxmmi Bomb.
