Alia Bhatt's and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding rumours are something that pops up before us every alternate month. Despite repeated clarifications from Alia, Ranbir and their respective family that they aren't in a hurry to tie the knot, grapevine yet again starts doing the rounds. Now, after a gap of a few months, gossip mills activated suggesting that Alia has approached the celebrated designer Sabyasachi for the wedding trousseau. However, yet another member from the Bhatt family, Mukesh, during an interview with an entertainment portal rubbished them and reprimanded the speculations. Mukesh is Alia's uncle.
"This is utter rubbish. Who is spreading these rumours?," Mukesh told.

Alia's half-brother Rahul Bhatt also told the portal that he isn't aware of any wedding plans. "Alia is my step-sister. We don't stay together. I don't know much about her life's development. However, I do like their jodi. If I am invited to the wedding, I will definitely like to be a part of it," Rahul quoted. Previously, Alia's mother Soni Razdan addressed the wedding rumour issue and said they aren't getting married anytime soon. Speaking about the latest speculations, reports stated that Alia and Ranbir will tie the nuptial knot after Rishi Kapoor returns to India in September.
Talking about their love story, it all began on the sets of Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra and since then, the lovebirds have remained inseparable. The couple dropped in a hint at their blossoming love after making an appearance together at Sonam K Ahuja's and Anand Ahuja's wedding reception held in May, 2018. Ranbir's and Alia's family are all hearts for the couple and this can be mirrored through their posts on Instagram.
