Arjun Kapoor's sister Anshula Kapoor has been grabbing eyeballs lately ever since she launched an online fundraising platform Fankind. The platform gives fans a chance to experience fun activities like playing paintball, baking and playing cricket with their favourite celebrity while supporting and fundraising for charities. Bollywood actors like Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt have come onboard to support the venture but Anshula herself usually shies away from attention despite coming from a family that has been in the film business for decades. Talking about the same in an interview to a leading daily, Anshula said, "I'm usually the one hiding my face and ducking the paps when out with my family."
Furthemore, she spoke about her relationship with brother Arjun and said, "He is more of a parental figure than a bro. Sometimes I'm mothering him, sometimes he is." Their mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor, Boney Kapoor's first wife, passed away due to cancer in 2012, days before the release of Arjun's debut Ishaqzaade.
Meanwhile, Arjun has been making headlines for his relationship with Malaika Arora. When prodded about it, Anshula quipped, "He's six years older than me. We don't really discuss these things. It's awkward." Interestingly, Malaika recently opened up about the marriage rumours with Arjun and told a channel, “Like we have said, there's no marriage on the cards. I think happiness is a state of mind and yes, why go into histrionics. Yes, I am happy, why have so much explanation, yes I am happy..."
Well, we wonder what Arjun has to say about it!
