As Shah Rukh reached Australia on Wednesday to attend the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2019, he was surrounded by a sea of fans calling out to him for pictures and selfies. Upon hearing their call, instead of zooming away in the car, the actor stepped out and obliged his beloved audience who were standing in freezing cold to catch his glimpse. Soon, as this video went viral, social media users couldn't stop gushing about Shah Rukh's humble and kind nature and went on to shower love on him.
Speaking of Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2019, Shah Rukh attended the event to receive the Excellence in Cinema award for his excellent contribution to Indian cinema over the years. Talking of the honour, Shah Rukh said, "I'm humbled and honoured for this recognition. It will be a great experience to share the stage and the podium with my fellow industry members who are all coming from various parts of India to celebrate cinema in Melbourne."
