If not this way then that way! Looks like Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan were meant to clash with each other at the box-office. Akshay's Laxmmi Bomb will clash with Salman's Kick 2 on Eid 2020. Earlier, Akshay's Sooryavanshi, directed by Rohit Shetty, was slated to clash with Salman's Inshallah, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. But later Rohit, being a brother to Salman, had preponed the release of his film to March 27, 2020, to avoid the big Eid clash.
But all went in vain as Bhansali Productions announced this afternoon that they are shelving Inshallah starring Salman and Alia Bhatt. Jumping to this opportunity was Akshay who immediately preponed his film Laxmmi Bomb to Eid 2020 - May 22, 2020 from June 5, 2020. Soon after, Salman also announced Kick 2 to release on the same date.
Now, we will only have to wait and watch which to the two superstar's films work best on the box-office.
