Gully Boy, the blockbuster hit which was on a huge roll in the theatres for roaring really loud at the box offices became an emotion for the youth in no time. Now, the makers of Gully Boy have given us a gift back for showering the film with love. They have released a video titled as 'Making Of Gully Boy'- a sneak peek into the film.
The production banner of the film, Excel Entertainment took to their Twitter handle to announce the release of the video on their Youtube Channel. In the video, we get to see Ankur Tewari, the music supervisor of the film appreciating director of Gully Boy Zoya Akhtar's efforts to ensure that each rap was carved out perfectly. The film's screenwriter Reema Kagti has high regards for Zoya’s blueprint of presenting the hidden Indian rap culture to the nation in such a beautiful manner by having a wonderful social message attached to the film. Not just that, the starcast including Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Kalki Koechlin also had kind words for the film which woves together every scene in a phenomenal manner. The video has glimpses of all the iconic scenes from the film which just gives the fans the right kind of nostalgia. The film has brought the unknown Indian rap culture to the limelight and has also shaped the careers of Indian rappers by being a huge platform of recognition and fame for such talents. We cannot thank the makers of Gully Boy enough for giving us the most lyrical 'Bohot Hard' Indian raps which are still on the top of our minds. The film's narrative motivated us to chase our goals and not lose hopes in our lives even in extreme situations.
Gully Boy is a story inspired by slum rappers of Dharavi. Starring Ranveer Singh as the street rapper, and Alia Bhatt as his love interest, the film brought to screen the fresh chemistry of the duo.
