The Bajirao Mastani actress, while informing the audience at the festival about her role, said the celluloid portrayal is a mirror reflection of the real-life person. She further added that the responsibility of the role shook her to the core as she delved deep into Aditi's soul.

"I have played real-life people in the past, but with Aditi Chaudhary everything you see in this film is verbatim from them. There is so much reality to their lives that the responsibility of portraying it shook me. I derived so much from Aditi – who she is, what she felt and everything she went through, what they as a family stood for. I delved into her soul, asked a million questions and stuck by her," Priyanka told at the festival.
