The makers of Housefull 4, starring Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol and Kriti Kharbanda, was launched today. During the trailer launch event, producer Sajid Nadiadwala was asked why Housefull 4 was made, to which he laughingly said, "Ek Akshay ko holiday chahiye thi and second, Housefull 3 bhot badi hit thi." 

When asked if he would like to take the Housefull franchise forward with the fifth instalment, he pointed out, "Yeh franchise apne aap banti nai hai. Yeh banate hai audience. Every franchise is decided by the audience and we pray that the audience likes Housefull 4, so we go for the fifth."

Directed by Farhad Samji, Housefull 4 will release on Diwali this year.
