Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming show TED Talks India-Nayi Baat was launched today. The show is in its second season and will feature imminent speakers who will be sharing their life experiences. The show will be anchored by SRK. Today, at the show’s launch Shah Rukh who has not signed any film post the debacle of Zero last year was once again asked about his forthcoming projects. Naturally, he had some witty answers to give.
Shah Rukh said, “Inshallah I will do a film soon, I’m reading few scripts and will announce something soon. With so many speculations I have got good ideas now…like Tarzan and Jane. I’m doing the role of Tarzan.” He further joked and said, “This is the platform I wanted to announce my film, here’s presenting the trailer of the film,” amid loud guffaws from the audience. Chris Anderson, Head of TED and Sanjay Gupta, Country Manager of Star and Disney India were present at the launch along with Shah Rukh. The theme for the launch was the ban on single-use of plastic. SRK urged the youths of the country to refrain from using plastic. Take a look at the pictures below:
