Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were the perfect hosts to the team of their upcoming film ’83. The two threw a wrap up party for the film on Monday night, which was attended by the cast and crew of the film. The party was hosted by Deepika and the actress had sent special handwritten invites to everyone for the party. Deepika and Ranveer were amongst the first few people who arrived at the party and happily posed for the cameras.

The film’s director Kabir Khan also attended the party with his wife and actor Mini Mathur. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala was also seen with his wife. Tahir Raj Bhasin, Ammy Virk, Hardy Sandhu, and Chirag Patil among others were also present at the party. 

Producers, Madhu Mantena, Shibasish Sarkar, Sajid Nadiadwala along with wife Wardha Nadiadwala were present at the party.

'83 traces the historic victory of the Indian cricket team during the 1983 world cup. The Kabir Khan directorial is being presented by Anil Dhirubhai Ambani’s Reliance Entertainment and will star Ranveer as the former captain of the Indian Cricket Team Kapil Dev. Deepika has been cast as Kapil's wife Romi Dev. The film '83 would be the first-ever trilingual release for both, Ranveer and director Kabir in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Touted to be the biggest sports film of all time, ‘83 is being co-produced by Madhu Mantena, Sajid Nadiadwala and Reliance Entertainment. The film is scheduled to release on April 10, 2020.
