Priyanka Chopra Jonas' and Nick Jonas' lavish Jodhpur wedding in December last year became the talk of the town. The bi-cultural ceremony that accounted for some fun moments still remains to be fresh in the minds of the actress' fans. With several memories and stories attached to the wedding, it now seems, Priyanka is all geared to tell the tale of the event in the form of a film. Well, yes. The actress, who was in Mumbai to promote her Bollywood comeback film titled The Sky Is Pink, during an interview with a leading daily, told that she will be producing two films under her production house- Purple Pebble Pictures, out of which one will be a comedy film that will be based on her wedding with Nick.
"I have completed the shooting of two English films. I will also be producing two other films. One will be a comedy film based on my marriage," Priyanka told during the interview.
Priyanka and Nick tied the knot in Jodhpur in December last year. The ceremony was attended by family members of the couple along with a few of their close friends. They got married according to both Hindu and Christian rituals.
Talking about Priyanka's Hindi comeback film after three years, The Sky Is Pink is based on the late motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary, who breathed her last in 2015 after suffering from pulmonary fibrosis, a respiratory disorder in which scars are formed in the lung tissues. Zaira Wasim plays the role of Aisha while Priyanka and Farhan Akhtar are Aditi and Niren Chaudhary respectively. The film is directed by Shonali Bose and bankrolled by Roy Kapur Film, in association with S K Global and Priyanka's production house Purple Pebble Pictures. It is scheduled to release on October 11, 2019.
