Actress Kriti Sanon has kick-started the first schedule of shooting in Rajasthan for her upcoming film Mimi. For the shoot, the actress jetted off from Mumbai on Tuesday and was clicked at the airport by our shutterbugs. Kriti, who is currently riding high on the success of Housefull 4 made a pretty appearance at the airport in a checkered formal wear. Holding a script in her hand, the actress was all smiles. Talking about Mimi and her role, Kriti said she is nervous as well as excited to start the film and is glad to be a part of her first women-centric film.

"I am glad to be a part of my first women-centric film as it touches upon a really important subject. I am excited and nervous at the same time as there is so much to learn and look forward to," Kriti told.

Mimi is considered as a turning point for Kriti as this is her strongest role to date with a central plot completely revolving around the actress. With this surrogacy based film, Kriti will be reuniting with her Luka Chuppi director Laxman Utekar and co-star Pankaj Tripathi. Kriti was recently seen in Housefull 4, which has collected over Rs 50 crore at the box-office in three days since its release.
