Kartik Aaryan is the latest find of Bollywood. The actor started off on a good note with Pyaar Ka Punchanama in 2011 but did not find much fame. However, after following it up with superhit Pyaar Ka Punchanama 2 in 2015 and then with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and Luka Chhupi he proclaimed from the rooftops that he has arrived ensuring every filmmaker worth his salt take notice of the young actor out to give everyone a run for their money. 

In an interview with a leading magazine Kartik who is scaling heights and ticking off one thing off his bucket list after another revealed about the filmmaker he is craving to work with and it is none-other-than Sanjay Leela Bhansali. When he was asked which filmmaker he wants to wish to work with he said, “Sanjay Leela Bhansali sir. He’s one filmmaker I admire. There have been opportunities when my dream almost came true. But sadly, things didn’t materialize. I hope to be part of his canvas someday.”

This statement of Kartik’s also dismisses all the rumours floating around that the filmmaker is going to cast him in a project soon like Baiju Bawra or Gangubai Kathiawadi which are in the works. Kartik has already got the opportunity to share screen space with Amitabh Bachchan in an advertisement for a thermal wear brand. We hope something materializes between Kartik and Bhansali and we get to hear an official announcement soon, till then watch this space for more deets.
