The makers of Ranveer Singh starrer '83 released yet another look of the actor this morning and it is as impressive as the first one. Directed by Kabir Khan, '83 traces the iconic win of the Indian cricket team at the 1983 world cup. In the film, Ranveer plays former Indian Cricket team captain Kapil Dev. Ranveer shared his second look from the film wherein he is seen acing the very famous Natraj shot of the cricketer. Ranveer's uncanny difference with Kapil Dev is commendable.
The actor shared his look and captioned it as "NATRAJ SHOT #RanveerAsKapil". Soon fans showed their excitement and commented on his post saying they cannot wait to watch the trailer and the film. Not only fans but friends from the industry also commented on the post. Ayushmann Khurrana, Gauahar Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Manish Malhotra and several others praised the actor and his new look.
'83 traces the iconic win of the Indian cricket team at the 1983 world cup against West Indies as they made history and picked the World Cup for the first time ever. Ranveer is playing the iconic Kapil Dev, to Tahir Raj Bhasin as Sunil Gavaskar, Saqib Saleem as Mohinder Amarnath, Chirag Patil as Sandeep Patil. Deepika will be seen in a cameo avatar playing Romi, Kapil Dev's Wife. '83 has a huge ensemble cast. Touted to be the biggest sports film of all time, ‘83 is being co-produced by Madhu Mantena, Sajid Nadiadwala and Reliance Entertainment. The film is slated to hit the screens on April 10, 2020.
