South superstar Mammootty's upcoming multi-lingual project Mamangam has created the right amount of noise ever since it was first announced. The film, which is set to release not just in Malayalam, but Hindi, Tamil and Telugu too, left the audience across the country excited to watch the grandeur come alive onscreen. With the Malayalam trailer being made available on social media platforms, the exhilaration snowballed naturally. And now, delighting Mammootty's fans in the Northern belt, the makers, on Thursday, released the Hindi version of Mamangam's trailer.
Speaking of the trailer, the fantasy drama is all an absolute visual extravaganza. With Mammootty as Chaaver packing punches with his mighty sword and riding the horse with elan, the video speaks volumes of the grandeur the audience will get to experience on celluloid in cinemas. The M Padmakumar directorial traces the story of soldiers who fight a battle on the banks of Barathapuzha, during the Mamankam festival in the Malabar region. The larger-than-life trailer is home to some breathtaking war sequences and jaw-dropping visuals teamed with glorious dance performances. Mammootty, without saying much, is to be seen in a different avatar altogether. Be it his character or style, he is a force to reckon.
Mamangam, apart from Mammootty, stars Unni Mukundan, Manikandan Achar, Prachi Tehlan, Mohan Sharma and Anu Sithara in important roles. Presented by Kavya Film Company, Mamangam is produced by Venu Kunnapilly and directed by M Padmakumar. The film is set to release on December 12, 2019.
