Ayushmann Khurrana's new film Bala saw a first-day collection of Rs 10.15 crore, which marks the actor's biggest opening-day haul ever. The day one earning of Bala beats the first-day collection of his last release, Dream Girl ((Rs 10.05 crore). In its first week, the film collected Rs 72.24 crore, followed by Rs 26.56 crore in its second week. Now on its third Friday, the film has raked in Rs 1.35 crore taking the overall box office collections to Rs 100.15 crore.
As Bala remains 100 not out, it becomes Ayushmann's latest film to join Rs 100 crore club. Trade anaylst Taran Adarsh tweeted the numbers writing, "#Bala is 100 Not Out... Continues to attract ample footfalls at multiplexes... [Week 3] Fri 1.35 cr. Total: 100.15 cr. #India biz."

Talking about the Bala, the actor had earlier said, "I only hope that the film entertains the whole of India because only this way we will be able to communicate everything that Bala is trying to say and spark a thought shift."
Ayushmann plays a man suffering from premature balding in the film that released on November 8. It also stars Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar.
