It won't be wrong to say that the 80s for cinema was amongst the several glorious years that are still fresh in the minds of the audience. With films that carried multiple emotions in a frame, each story held a special importance. And so did the actors. Not just on the professional front, celebrities, who ruled films in the 1980s shared a close bond with each other off-screen too and this friendship is thankfully still strong and intact and we have proof. As a yearly ritual, several Bollywood stars enjoy a get-together party with South Indian film fraternity members with the event titled Class Of 80s. Keeping up with the tradition, the reunion, over this weekend, took place at South superstar Chiranjeevi's residence in Hyderabad.
In attendance at the reunion party were Nagarjuna Akkineni, Venkatesh Daggubati, Poonam Dhillion, Jackie Shroff, Jayasudha, Suhasini Maniratnam, Mohanlal, Ram Charan and Radikaa Sarathkumar among several others. With the theme of Class Of 80s being gold and black, our beloved celebrities dazzled in their best and had a gala time with their friends. Pictures from the celebration were shared by the actors on their social media platforms.

Mohanlal, on his Instagram, shared a picture with the host Chiranjeevi. "With my amazing friend Chiranjeevi," Mohanlal wrote.
The same group, in 2018, had a get-together and followed the theme of denim, white shirts and tees. This year, other stalwarts of cinema including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and others couldn't make it to the reunion.
