Ajay Devgn's ambitious upcoming period drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior may not be for the fainthearted. Set in the 17th century, the Om Raut directorial is based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, an unsung warrior of Indian history and the military leader in the army of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha Empire. While Kajol plays his onscreen wife, Saif Ali Khan features as his bete noire Udaybhan Singh Rathod.

After teasing the audience with the trailer, the makers have unveiled the first song Shankara Re Shankara from Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. The power-packed song features Ajay's and Saif's interesting encounter ahead of their final battle. The grand song has been composed and sung by Mehul Vyas and has been penned by Anil Verma. It has been choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. Apart from the catchy lyrics, Ajay's dance moves will keep you hooked.
