Kangana Ranaut's historical drama Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi will be releasing in Japan on January 3, 2020. Directed by Kangana and Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi, the film captures the life story of Rani Laxmibai. Zee Studios International will release the film in Japan.
The actress’ sister Rangoli Chandel once again lashed out at ‘movie mafia’ in her tweet asking them not to play 'God' as they cannot 'make or break anyone'. She applauded Kangana’s labours of love and wrote that Manikarnika is one of the rare Indian films releasing in Japan.
Lesson for movie mafia, don’t try and play God, you can’t make or break anyone, there is a higher power beyond your petty minds, don’t ever forget that #LiveandletLive
