Watch: Katrina Kaif calls her high-intensity workout schedule 'madness' and we can't help but agree!

It won't be wrong to say Katrina Kaif is a source of inspiration to millions of young girls. Be it poise, charm or perfect dance moves, the actress leaves no stone unturned to wow her fans every time she makes an appearance on her social media platforms. As it is no new news that Katrina is a fitness enthusiast and has been motivating not just her admirers but her industry friends too. While we can't help but drool over her smokin hot figure and those envy-worthy curves and abs, the hard work that goes behind it requires a tough nut like Katrina. After giving us a glimpse into what goes behind achieving this level of fitness, Katrina, once again, shared a sneak-peek into her efforts and dedication through a series of videos on Instagram.

Katrina, on Wednesday, shared videos from a high-intensity workout schedule with her instructor Yasmin Karachiwala, Fitness expert Reza Katani and a friend of hers. In the videos, the Bharat actress is seen performing some burpees and side burpees including one exercise that required a kettlebell to be used. Acing the exercises, Katrina served major inspiration for all fitness enthusiasts out there and made our jaws drop.

Workwise, Katrina will be seen in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi, co-starring Akshay Kumar. Produced by Karan Johar and Rohit, the film will release on March 27, 2020.
