Watch: Kartik Aaryan accepts Sonakshi Sinha's 'Munna Badnaam Challenge', but with a 'Dheeme Dheeme' twist

The upcoming film Dabangg 3's fever seems to have gripped the entire tinsel town and why not. From an action-packed and loaded with entertainment trailer to peppy songs, this Salman Khan project is surely a worthy addition to the popular franchise. Now as the film is inching close to its release date, the makers, in order to keep the audience engaged, introduced a social media challenge wherein fans have to recreate the signature step of the peppy number Munna Badnaam Hua and share their version. Sonakshi Sinha, who plays the role of Rajjo in Dabangg 3, announced the challenge on her Instagram account and nominated Jacqueline Fernandez, Kartik Aaryan and Aayush Sharma. 

Accepting Sonakshi's challenge, Kartik, on Tuesday, shared his version of Munna Badnaam Hua and nailed it like a boss. The actor, who is currently riding high on the success of his recently released film Pati Patni Aur Woh, added a twist to the challenge and blended the signature step of Dheeme Dheeme from his film with Munna Badnaam Hua's dance moves.

Dabangg 3 is directed by Prabhudheva and produced by Arbaaz, Salman and Nikhil Dwivedi, stars Salman, Sonakshi, Saiee Manjrekar, Sudeep, Mahesh Manjrekar and Pramod Khanna. It is scheduled to release on December 20, 2019. Dabangg 3 revolves around Chulbul Pandey's journey from a local goon to becoming the Robin Hood cop in recent times. Sonakshi plays the role of his wife Rajjo in the current period with Saiee being his love interest, Khushi in his youth. Sudeep is the main antagonist Balli, who locks horns with Salman. 

Pati, Patni Aur Woh is the remake of B R Chopra's 1978 released film by the same name, starring Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha and Ranjeet Kaur. In the new version, Kartik plays the role of 'pati' Chintu Tyagi, Bhumi Pednekar is 'patni' Vedika Tripathi and Ananya Panday is the glamorous 'woh' named Tapasya.Singh. It is directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Juno, T-Series and B.R Films. Pati, Patni Aur Woh released on December 6, 2019.
