Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the most popular celebrities of Bollywood. The actress has been one of the top actresses of the Hindi film industry for approximately twenty years now. Kareena has very skillfully managed her personal and professional lives and manages to spend quality time with her son Taimur Ali Khan as well. During an interview with a leading daily, Kareena spoke about whether she plans to get Taimur introduced to the world of Hindi cinema especially her and Saif Ali Khan's films.
Speaking about the same, she revealed to the daily that Taimur is only interested in animals right now and she recently introduced him to The Jungle Book. She mentioned that Taimur goes around looking and screaming for Bagheera, Baloo and Akela in the house. However, she and Saif want to introduce their munchkin to their films like the Golmaal series, Jab We Met and Omkara.
She said, “He’s only interested in animals and jungle safari. He reads and loves drawing, which he is good at. We have introduced him to The Jungle Book, which I dubbed for. He’s made friends with all the animals and goes around looking for them, screaming, Where are you Bagheera, Baloo, Akela?"
Talking about the media scrutiny surrounding her son, Kareena said, “He’s a relaxed guy, everyone has made him into a superstar but he is just a child. Give him time to achieve something. We don’t want to teach him to shy away while walking down the street or cover his face; we can’t scar him that way. I was always Karisma's sister growing but that’s about it. Of late, the digital age is at a ball game and you can only try to keep them sane."
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena is looking forward to the release of her film Good Newwz that also stars Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh. The film is slated to release on December 27.
