Deepika Padukone, a couple of days ago, took social media platform by storm when she termed Hrithik Roshan in his recently released film War as 'Death By Chocolate'. Soon after, fans couldn't help but agree with her. And during a party held by Rohini Iyer, Founder and MD Raindrop Media, Hrithik, not just posed for a picture with Deepika, but also fed her a cake. The video of the actor feeding cake to the actress went viral and sent us into a zone of excitement as well a turned us green out of envy. While the buzz regarding their collaboration strengthened from the very day, Deepika, during an interview with a leading daily for her upcoming film Chhapaak, hinted at her desire to star with Hrithik in a film. The 33-year-old actress revealed that her husband, Ranveer Singh, too appreciates Hrithik. Adding further, Deepika told the video was a sort of wake up call for filmmakers to cast them together. Well, that's what we all want too!

As per reports, Deepika and Hrithik are said to be roped in for Madhu Mantena produced Mahabharat where the former will be seen playing the role of Draupadi. However, an official confirmation on the same is awaited.
Workwise, Deepika will be seen as an acid attack victim in Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak, which will release on January 10, 2020. Post that, she will share the screen space with Ranveer in Kabir Khan's '83 which is scheduled to hit the screens on April 10, 2020.
