Shah Rukh Khan, in his 27-year-old career in Bollywood, has wowed the audience and rightfully acquired the title of King Khan. Be it thriller or romantic, comedy or drama, he has done it all. However, after casting his magic onscreen for years together, the superstar went missing post the debacle of Zero in 2018. Since then, neither he has starred in any film nor announced his next. While the actor is said to be toying around with a couple of scripts from filmmakers Rajkumar Hirani and Atlee Kumar, reports now suggest that Shah Rukh has returned to the biopic on Rakesh Sharma. The 54-year-old superstar who reportedly made an exit from the project a couple of months ago, will indeed feature in the lead role, if reports are to be believed. The biopic is said to be titled Salute and was previously known by the name of Saare Jahaan Se Achchha.
The report, further added that Fatima Sana Shaikh, whose last outing, Thugs Of Hindostan also faced the same fate as Zero in the same year(2018), has apparently come on board with Shah Rukh. The makers, it seems, were happy with the actress's work in the past and believed that her pairing with Shah Rukh is something to watch out for. Fatima, who made her Bollywood debut with Nitesh Tiwari's Dangal, in the past, expressed her desire to collaborate with King Khan and well, it seems her dream is about to fulfill.
