Karan Johar's upcoming war film Shershaah has paved its way as one of the highly awaited projects of 2020. Starring the handsome Sidharth Malhotra and the gorgeous Kiara Advani in the lead roles, Shershaah finds itself amidst extreme fanfare ever since its announcement back in May 2019. As the team wrapped the shoot of the war drama on Sunday, the makers promised to unveil the first posters soon. Now, on Thursday, as Sidharth who plays the titular role in this Karan production, turned 35, the makers drew curtains from the actor's first look on social media platforms. In addition, the release date was announced as July 3, 2020.

Speaking of the posters, Sidharth as Captain Vikram Batra cuts out a gritty picture dressed in Army uniform. Geared up for the Kargil War, the actor fills out hearts with pride with just his gaze. For the unversed, the title of the film derived from Captain's code name that was Sher Shah and used the slogan Yeh Dil Maange More while communicating the success of missions.
