Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn is all set to feature next in director Amit Sharma's film on Indian football, which has been titled Maidaan. The film is based on the "golden years of Indian Football". Ajay essays the role of the legendary coach Syed Abdul Rahim, who is said to be the founding father of Indian football. He was an Indian football coach and manager of the Indian national team from 1950 until his death in 1963. He is also regarded as the architect of modern Indian football.
Although the first look of the film and several leaked on-set pictures have amped up the audiences' excitement, the makers have now released the teaser poster of Maidaan and we must say, 'coach' Ajay's national team of football seems all geared up to take on their opponents. The players can be seen having a game of football in muddy water.
