After Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar to unleash his adventurous side with Bear Grylls in Dicovery's 'Into The Wild'?

It isn't an unknown secret that Akshay Kumar is always in for spectacular action stunts and adrenaline-pumping adventurous sequences in films. The actor who set the benchmark for thrillers high, is an admirer of the genre in personal life which indeed is a well-versed fact. Now, as he is neck-deep busy shooting for back-to-back projects, reports suggest that Akshay will feature in an episode of the adventure show Into The Wild With Bear Grylls. Well yes, according to the report by a media agency, the 52-year-old superstar will be shooting for the episode in Bandipur National Park in Karnataka today(January 30). Prior to Akshay, Rajinikanth shot for an episode with Bear at the same location on January 28, 2020. 

The agency, on their Twitter account, shared a picture of Akshay at Mysuru Airport and shall commence the shoot soon. Into The Wild is inspired by Bear's iconic show Man vs Wild on Discovery. As per the buzz, Rajinikanth will star in the first episode of the new format show and the premiere date of both the episodes is yet to announced. According to the speculations, Akshay's team spent their day on Wednesday scouting for appropriate shooting location in the premise of Bandipur National Park.

Speaking of the show and celebrities, last year, in February, Bear shot with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand, which received tremendous response from the audience.

Into The Wild with Bear Grylls is produced for Discovery Communications India by The Natural Studios and Banijay Asia. The British adventurer, Bear along with Delbert Shoopman and Deepak Dhar is the executive producer.
