Rangoli Chandel lambasts Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday post Kangana Ranaut’s snub at Filmfare Awards

The 65th Filmfare Awards will go down in history as one of the most controversial as it irked many well-deserving celebs, media personalities as well as the netizens. Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy bagged 13 awards including Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, Best Director and Best Lyrics. At a time when the Academy Awards aka Oscars created history by breaking tradition and celebrating a non-English and non-Hollywood film, we had Filmfare Awards that celebrated mediocre talent and nepotism.

Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel took to social media to slam Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Zoya Akhtar and Karan Johar among others. She took a jibe at Alia, who won the Best Actress award for Gully Boy as well as Karan who was a jury member. She also targeted Ananya for winning Best Debut for Student of the Year 2 over Radhika Madan’s and Ankita Lokhande’s superlative performances. Check out her tweets below:
