Swara Bhasker says she was 15-years-old in 2010 during a political discussion; Twitter trolls her for miscalculating her age

Swara Bhasker, in recent times, became controversy's favourite child. The actress's political opinions have managed to make much more noise than her films and she grabs attention for the same often. Now, as Swara joined a political discussion at the recently held Hindustan Shikhar Samagam event, she landed in troubled waters for miscalculating her age. The Raanjhanaa actress, during the discussion, tried to defend herself and goofed up with her age, leading to a number of trolls slamming her yet again.

Swara, during the political discussion, got into a heated argument with a journalist who reprimanded her for not knowing the facts about the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Population Register (NPR) and National Register of Citizens (NCR). She also accused her of instigating Muslims against the Indian Government. The journalist also went ahead to hand over a printout of details of the above and asked her to educate herself first. Soon the journalist said that when NPR was collected in 2010, she had no problem but now when she is into activism for the last 15 years, she is finding it to be an issue. While defending herself, Swara told that she hasn't been into activism for 15 years and in 2010, she was 15-years-old.
